Phenolic Composition, In-vitro Antioxidant and Enzyme Inhibition Activities of Cardaria draba Different Parts

چکیده

The plant Cardaria draba (L.) Desv. subsp. (Brassicaceae), is traditionally used for various ailments in different cultures. We investigated solvent extracts such as methanol, ethanol, and water obtained from flowers, leaves, stems, roots of C. their chemical composition, well antioxidant enzyme inhibition activities acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), ?-glucosidase, ?-amylase, tyrosinase). RP-HPLC technique was to determine the phenolic profile each extracts. were determined by using DPPH ABTS method, total phenol flavonoid content analysis, iron chelating assay. Enzyme inhibitory potential evaluated 96-microplate method. According results, aqueous extract flower demonstrated highest (64.32 µgGAE/ mg), while leaf ethanol showed (141.47 µgQE/ mg) among all flowers most effective scavenger active on scavenging. It shown that possess promising activity against ?-glucosidase than ?-amylase enzyme. methanolic anti-acetylcholinesterase activity, ethanolic stem exhibited best anti-butyrylcholinesterase 12 As anti-tyrosinase higher kojic acid equivalent values found leaves. In conclusion, data this study may serve basis bioassay-guided isolation compounds development novel drugs draba.
